UpRight Restorations is a local restoration company built to help Plano families and business owners recover when water, mold, fire, or sewage damage turns their day upside down. We are owner operated, which means the people who own the company are the same people who answer your call and stand behind the work.We started the restoration side of our business after years spent managing large property and restoration projects, and we brought that experience home to North Texas. What we stand for is simple.
We show up fast, we tell you the truth about what your property needs, and we treat your home or business the way we would treat our own. Our mission is to take a stressful situation and make it manageable, handling the full process from the first emergency call through the final repair, so you always know exactly who is accountable for getting it right.

About Laura Ibrahim
Laura Ibrahim is the founder and owner of UpRight Restorations. She started her first company about six years ago in property management, where she saw firsthand how often water and mold problems were handled poorly, leaving owners frustrated and out of pocket. That experience pushed her to open the restoration side of the business, so she could do the work the right way. Laura is no stranger to the field. She spent years at a national company called Curbio as a project manager, where she learned how to run complex jobs and keep clients informed every step of the way.
It was there she worked alongside Ray Santibanez, who now leads operations and lives right here in the Collin County area. When Laura decided to build UpRight Restorations, she brought Ray on to help. Today the two of them run a company grounded in accountability, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the Plano communities they serve.
